We know this is a sticking point for many people. Our HVAC & plumbing teams do rotations of on-call. This means everyone in the department must do on-call before you do it again. This works out to about once every 8-12 weeks. We think it's fair!

We use a one-way video interview system for certain roles. We do this to accommodate folks who may not be available during regular business hours - it's on your own schedule!
We also do phone interviews and two-way video interviews (live with an interviewer).

Yes! We love meeting with folks in the residential home services space - especially those with ServiceTitan experience. However, many of our best hires have been from other industries. We appreciate transferrable skills.
