Depending on experience, this role can make at least $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Candidates for this role should have:

👍 Experience with basic HR processes such as payroll, compliance, employee engagement, recruiting, onboarding, etc.

👍 Familiarity with basic labor laws.

👍 Fluency in English.

What Will You Do?

First off, you will commit to delivering an exceptional experience for our team. Always.

This role will be focused on timely completion of core People/HR processes.

👍 Accurately complete bi-weekly payroll calculations.

👍 Ensure documentation of core activities (i.e. performance reviews, disciplinary actions, employee recognition).

👍 Manage onboarding activities and own pieces of the recruiting process (i.e. phone screens, scheduling, offer letters, background checks).
