Comfort Advisor, Residential In-home Sales

We invite full-time Residential Comfort Advisors to join our customer-obsessed team in Union, NJ.

This is an uncapped, commission-based role with a stiped for your training period (1-3 months based on experience). High-performing Comfort Advisors can make anywhere from $150,000-$250,000+ in total compensation. Industry leaders are million-dollar earners!

👍 Proven track record in negotiation and overcoming objections in a consultative environment.

👍 People champion: build relationships and interact positively with all levels of people.

👍 Ideally, you have familiarity with in-home sales. Residential home services and/or HVAC systems is a bonus. 

What Will You Do?

First off, you will commit to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Always.

This role will be focused on Residential Services Sales, playing a critical role in the conversion of leads/prospects to customers, generating referrals, and building strategic customer relationships to maximize revenue for the organization.

This will include the most complex of jobs. You will:

👍 Develop a consultative sales approach to build long-term client relationships.

👍 Engage in live prospecting and follow-up to secure new business opportunities.

👍 Explain multiple options to the client, keeping them updated with each service we provide and pricing.

👍 Educate and assist customers in choosing the best options (quality and financial value) and servicing agreements.

👍 Understand the customers' needs and offer relevant products, including promotions.
